North Shore Chevrolet of Smithtown has built a customer focused Service department. My Service Advisor did an excellent job, as she has also done in the past. Additionally, when I was parking outside, the gentleman who sold me the car saw me through the window, recognized me waving furiously. A very friendly dealership. The sell and service a lot of cars, but act like a small town dealership. I bought this car 6 months ago - my first Chevrolet. I will absolutely buy from these folks again!

I had my battery replaced and was charged a $80+ diagnostic fee. My daughter has a similar vehicle and lives in South Carolina and my granddaughter lives in Kansas City, They both had to have batteries replaced in their Chevy’s in the last 3 months (2018 and a 2020 respectively). They were both charged the same thing for their new battery and Neither were charged a diagnostic or extra fees. They each paid approximately $226 for their Chevy installed batteries.

I scheduled an appointment a month in advance because their service schedule would not accommodate the steering wheel chip on a weekend. I took the day off. Went down there to find out they never ordered the part! I got was “we are sorry”!
