I like the service department but I'm just upset with Chevrolet in general. I should not have to have a new fuel pump and major transmission servicing on my vehicle with less only 47,000 miles on it.

I came in for an oil change and Inspection for my 2019 Chevy Equinox. I was informed by Danielle Lux that I had two tires that would not pass. My choice of tires price was $177 to $200+. I told her that I didn't want to by the tires through the dealership, that I wanted to have the choice to go elsewhere to purchase what I wanted and I would be back to do the inspection again. I told her to stop/fail the inspection and she had said that they couldn't do that, it was already started, and that the dealership would get in trouble. I didn't appreciate this and felt forced to make the purchase.

Charging me a credit card fee for my service which was over $500 was unacceptable. I bought my new truck from North Shore in 2018 and since have used them for thousands of dollars worth of service. I will never come back to them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Was it worth the $15 dollars in credit card fees to lose me as a customer?
