My car was in the dealership for less time than I expected. I had an unusual battery concern with my 2022 bolt EUV, and there was the possibility of ordering a replacement battery to replace the battery that was installed three months prior (under the recall). My advisor, Kathy, provided me with a loaner car as we were all assuming that this would be a long term stay for my car at the dealership. The technician, Brian, had to contact engineering, who determined that it was nothing more than a software update. Once that determination was made, I had my car back in two days. Very pleasant surprise to get my car back so quickly. But even if it was there for a week, or a month, I was covered with transportation. An all-around great experience.
