My salesman Tom Hassan was extremely attentive and answered all my questions. I had a test drive in the Chevy Trax which I didn't really enjoy but the pricing of the car fell in my budget. I expressed my dislike to Tom and he immediately suggested the Equinox which turned out to be the vehicle I needed. There was no pressure and I soon was in the finance office with Donna who was just a delight. She explained fee's and charges and got me out the door in a short amount of time and still within my budget. I'm extremely pleased with the service I received and will recommend your dealership in the future. Thank you

It went so smoothly, my sales consultant Tom Hassan, went above and beyond, he took his time explaining everything I couldn't have asked for more. Donna in the finance department was great. Buying my vehicle at Smithtown Chevrolet was by far the easiest and best car buying experience I ever had.

All good. I told my intake person about an unusual incident I had. I couldn’t put my 2023 Bolt in drive or reverse. The screen said “Conditions not sufficient to change gears.” Another intake person said a customer had reported the same incident to her that day. Nobody could figure out a solution if it happens again. Could you guys research and find an answer?
