I have been looking for several months. Each dealer I went to only spoke of whatever car/suv was on the floor. When we went to your dealership we were greeted by David Solis. He not only showed us several suvs. He let us test drive. Once he saw I didn’t care for the one style he worked hard to find just what I really wanted and what I could give up. David searched the stock he went back and forth with management. He finally did find one that I really liked. He was calm polite and professional the entire time. David’s is truly an asset to your company. He helped my husband and I set up all we needed on pick up. David truly cared not only about the sale but making sure we would be comfortable and happy with the product we chose. You can’t find a better salesman than David. So happy we got to meet this young man. Professional and cares about the customer.

I only giving 3 stars because the issue I brought the car in for was not resolved. Checking the Chevrolet forums this Drive Train Vibration I'm experiencing has been a known issue for a long time yet the dealership says there's nothing wrong. I only got into this lease because I was spending exorbitant amounts of money for repairs on my old car and figured I'd get into a new car to avoid these expenses for a small while. The dealership has wonderful staff, courteous and attentive but they had my car for 3 weeks and I feel I may have bought a money pit. I know that some of this wait period was due to a cosmetic repair that needed to be done but the bigger issue is this transmission problem that I feel will never be resolved.

The service was good. However, was not happy as I had a recall on the vehicle that was no Falt of mine and had to take a day off because the dealer would not provide a loaner vehicle. I am not happy with the chevy service at this time. My last vehicle was a Jeep Wrangler and the dealer bent over backwards to please their customers.

Had a callback on camera adjusted oil change and automatic start installed spoke to a Kathy in service she helped me with scheduling and let me know ahead of time what pricing she was an absolute pleasure to deal with especially since I’m coming from Bayville in my opinion you couldn’t ask for a better service person thank you Philip delpizzo

This was by far my best experience at this dealership and that’s saying so much. The service has always been fantastic. This time my car was ready before I even expected it and was better than before. Cathy is the absolute best and her customer service is what other set their standard to. I couldn’t recommend Chevrolet of Smithtown more than I already do!
