We purchased 2 cars on the same day. The Sales Person sold me an extended warranty and a tire package. It seems that he put the tire package on the brand new Tahoe and not on the 2020 car we purchased for our Daughter. Duplicitous and I am going to lodge a complaint with GM. There is a reason we stopped purchasing American cars. The dealership is not trustworthy. Unfortunately they just don’t care about after the sale when you actually become a customer. Shameful.

Our salesperson, Ronnie was the best! Incredibly well-informed, helpful, very professional, fast, courteous, knowledgeable. We came in Saturday afternoon and he had a lease set up for our new Equinox before we left that evening. We drove the car off the lot Sunday afternoon. The best and easiest experience we have ever had at a car dealership! Bravo!

Why do you have online appointments with times to pick. if people have to drop off there vehicle. I find this to be a hassle, because I have to get someone to go out of there way and help me two times. Also if I have a GM points plan why do I have to tell the writers every time, it should be automatic.

Great!! Cathy A., our service writer, was extremely helpful. We called on Friday because we had to drive to a funeral in Florida and she got us in on Saturday. Not only did she do the oil change, tire rotation and top the fluids, but had the mechanic check the whole car, since we had this long trip. She also noticed that our inspection was coming due in March so she called and told my husband, "....let me do it now so you have one less thing to worry about." We have had the pleasure of working with Kathy before at two other Chevy dealerships. She has always treated us with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
