The dreaded visit to the dealership in the end turned out to go pretty smoothly. The sales rep Dan was very friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. We appreciated how there were no high pressure sales tactics other than your usual back and forth lease negotiation.

Smithtown Chevy has an amazing service department. I went in I was greeted by a service writer my truck was was taken in about 40 minutes later they came and saw me let me know exactly what needed to be done with my truck, everything was completed about an hour late. I couldn’t have asked for anything more from a service department. While I was waiting I went and looked in the showroom and the staff in the sales department are all friendly and looking to help with any questions I had. I’ll be getting my next vehicle from there in the near future! Thank you to all that helped with service and the sales department!

Brought my truck in for an oil change was told 45 minutes and then there was a recall that I was notified about when I was there so it would be an additional 20 to 30 minutes. I ended up being at the dealer over three hours. unacceptable when I told the service department, my time was limited should’ve been notified that it was gonna be longer than what they told me and I was never notified of that

The original issue of the antenna was fixed but I received the truck back with another radio issue. The controls aren’t working correctly. I will have to call to make another appt.
