"On Sunday, I was on my way to visit my son at Stony Brook University from Pennsylvania, when my car broke down on the Belt Parkway. I had my car towed to your dealership and dropped it off around 8pm, with a note franticly pleading for help.
First this the next morning, I received a call from George in the Service Dept. assuring me he would do everything he could to help me out, and he was a man of his word. My problem was diagnosed and repairs made, and I was on my way home that same afternoon.
During my time at your dealership, everyone was so kind, right down to the guy outside sweeping up who ask me how I was doing and if I needed anything. George even had a young man drive to to get something to eat.
