Our salesperson, Tina greeted us with a smile and then was patient from start to finish. We left after our initial visit and searched for other vehicles. Upon return, we had a competing offer from another Chevy dealership and Tina asked her manager if they could match the deal. We were pleasantly surprised that the deal was met and we moved forward. There were only two cons: - The credit card application process was far too long . It took almost two hours to get that portion finalized it required multiple phone calls the GM credit card offered us 500 dollars in rebates, but the time factor is an issue - Lastly, when we sat with the finance manager, we were told that there would be an additional 175 document fee that was the first time that we were informed of it I hate being nickel and dimed that left a bad taste in my mouth the dealership should have been up front as we were only informed about the DMV transfer fees and there was never mention of the optional ( as written in the paperwork) fee until the very last minute
