Confirmed Sales Customer
The purchase was “okay” no negotiating?!? Our salesman made an error on the sale so we were asked to bring a bank check for more than the actual cost. No big deal, mistakes are made and the finance manager saw it and told us a check would be cut to reimburse us. Nearly 2 weeks later we have not gotten our money. This just doesn’t give us a good feeling with this dealership.
