Confirmed Service Customer
I have been going to this dealer for almost 9 years and I have had two issues with them. Yesterday I dropped off my vehicle at 9:00am and the service rep told my wife that it was going to take a few hours for the vehicle to be ready . My wife asked for a courtesy ride home and she was told that it was going to be an hour wait. I paid &25 for an Uber. I called the dealer at 1:30pm to see if my vehicle was ready and a lady picked up and told me she was going to call me back. I again paid an Uber for my oldest daughter to come home from after school activities because there was no late bus to bring her home . I called the dealer at 3: 30 pm , 4:20pm and my wife called numerous times and no one picked up the phone in the service dept. I had to go online and chat with the virtual agent in order to get someone to call me back. At 5:00pm I paid another 25 dollars U we ride to the dealer to pick up my vehicle . The response my wife got was “we didn’t answer because there is only two people here working”. Unacceptable!!!!
