Confirmed Service Customer
Needed an inspection. I have very limited time available and have to be able to get a time when I can wait for the service to be completed. Had to make arrangements to free up time and made 9:30 appt. Check in went very well and timely. Then at 10:00 I was informed that a bulb in one of the brake lights was out and needed to be replaced. No problem except for the fact the dealership did not have that bulb available and therefore could not continue the inspection. I would need to come back. A total waste of my time. Very difficult to try and fit my schedule to dealership. No appts after 3 and no Saturdays. Purchased the Chevy Cruz in 2014 and am on my third lease with this particular dealership. Very disappointing..
