Confirmed Service Customer
This visit was for my 2000 Camaro SS (original owner). Kathy Altamura is the Service Advisor to whom I always go. This visit was preceding a cross country road trip. Kathy reviewed my detailed servicing questions with me. She also advised me on determining the tread life of my tires. Kathy is both congenial and very professional. I always benefit from her experience in the business. Technician Dave Robinson has been working on both my cars for years. I trust him implicitly. In this visit he again saves me money by determining what was needed now and what can be deferred to a later date. Complete Stage 3 emission service, a new battery and spare tire check were key points now. Dave is certainly a valuable asset to the dealership.
