Since October was having issues with our 2023 Traverse, they worked with me fully and stayed committed to finding what was wrong, even after Corporate Chevy technical team failed to see what was wrong this dealership never gave up finding out what the real issue was. My Service Advisor always kept me updated and made me understand the full process. And still checks in to see how things are going Glad it has worked out because we really love the Traverse and glad it is working again up to what I expected to get from Chevy when we purchased it.
